Fall Cruise 2023

After three days of rain, Sunday, September 24th turned out to be a good day for our cruise. We met at the Fleet Farm parking lot in Hudson, WI. There were eight cars and 15 people; two of those cars were members of the Tall Pines Plymouth Club. We drove south along Wisconsin Hwy 35 and County Road F to Prescott, WI where we stopped at Freedom Park on the south side of town, at the confluence of the St. Croix and Mississippi Rivers. It was originally called Tourist Park, but the name was changed after a rehabilitated eagle named Freedom was released there. It's a beautiful nature area and the Visitor and Learning Center is very informative. Afterwards, we drove back to Main Street and had lunch on the patio at Lucille's Public House.
